Duly instructed by the Sheriff of The High Court of Zimbabwe, we shall sell by Public Auction immovable properties

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The sale shall be for cash /RTGS upon confirmation and in addition the Purchaser shall pay:-
    – The Auctioneer’s commission.
    – Buyer’s card & catalogue for $150.00 non-refundable.
    – The security deposit of $10 000.00 (Ten thousand dollars) refundable to non-highest bidders upon conclusion of sale. Security deposit should reflect in our account before the Auction date.
    – 15% VAT on commission and Agreement of Sale.
    – The cost of transfer including conveyancer’s charges, stamp duty and any other fees.
    – All arrears outstanding including rates, water, electricity and any other expenses necessary to complete the transfer.
