SALE IN EXECUTION

Duly instructed by the Sheriff of The High Court of Zimbabwe, the following IMMOVABLE properties will be sold by Public Auction on – Friday 3rd May 2019 at 10.00 a.m. Venue: No. 34 Josiah Chinamano Street, Belmont, Bulawayo.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The sale shall be for cash /RTGS upon confirmation and in addition the Purchaser shall pay:-
    a. The Auctioneer’s commission.
    b. Buyer’s card & catalogue for RTGS Bond 200.00 non-refundable.
    c. The security deposit of RTGS $10 000.00 (Ten thousand dollars) refundable to non-highest bidders upon conclusion of sale.Security deposit should reflect in our account before the Auction date.
    d. 15% VAT on commission and Agreement of Sale.
    e. The cost of transfer including conveyancer’s charges, stamp duty and any other fees.
    f. All arrears outstanding including rates, water, electricity and any other expenses necessary to complete the transfer.
